'NOVO CREWING & CO.' was founded in January 2016 in Moscow by a team of professionals with many years of experience in crewing and marine business.

The office of our company was moved in July 2018 to Novorossiysk - the biggest port in the south of Russian Federation. Our company is certified according MLC, 2006 ISO 9001:2015.

Company's policy is to achieve the best possible standards of crews through selection, assessment and training in close cooperation with our Principals in accordance with STCW 78/95, ISO, MLC.
